Another day, another blog!

You may be asking yourself, how many blogs can one person start in a lifetime? Well, the answer is unlimited. It’s really not hard to start blogs and such. The hard part is maintaining and staying consistent with your blog(s). I’ve had several blogs over the years, all of them different and unique as my interests and lifestyles have changed. Most of them or defunct or laying around, waiting to be awoken.

So what’s special about this blog?

Another great question! This one is special because for the first time, blogger extraordinaires Sara and Jord are teaming up to create a family blog! Our dynamic duo will compromise the best of what we both have to offer. For the first time ever, my blog posts will be edited, and for the second time ever, Sara’s work will be supplemented by my own personal musings.

But that’s not all!

If you’re not aware already, a lot of great things have been going on in our lives. Since we got married almost 3 years ago, we’ve both earned and received Master’s degrees (although Sara’s diploma is still in the mail, so I’m still temporarily ahead). We’ve moved a few times, we had our baby boy L, and we are currently closing on our first house!

So, with of all that great news, we will be writing about our new lives in our new house and the continued musings of raising our baby boy, while we grow and enrich our lives on a daily basis with various things. I truly hope you enjoy visiting and reading our material, as we’re going into several of these ventures for the first time. Perhaps you may learn something from our successes and mistakes. We know we will. Enjoy!

About Jord

jord considers himself nerdy, mostly because he's a devoted gamer and freelance web designer. he works in computer technology and information services, but he'd be most proud to tell you that he recently built himself a computer, loves audio books, trying new beer and wine, grilling, and is so excited to have added "homeowner" to his list of titles.
